KEVIN BOWEN


Kevin M. Bowen is a member at Waldron Tate Bowen Land LLC. Kevin focuses his practice on personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance claim litigation. Kevin represents injured Hoosiers and their families throughout the state of Indiana. Kevin has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Indiana Super Lawyers® for the last seven years (2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023).

Kevin was born in Dearborn County and raised in the city of Lawrenceburg, Indiana. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Public Management from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs. During his time at Indiana University, Kevin was a member of the Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity.

Kevin earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he served as an Executive Member of the Environmental Law Society. While in law school, Kevin worked in the Indianapolis community as a Certified Legal Intern in the Indiana University Criminal Defense Clinic. Kevin was also a member of the International Legal Honor Society, Phi Delta Phi, Wilkie Inn Chapter, and served as Chairman of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law section of the American Bar Association’s Client Counseling Competition.

Kevin is an active member of the American Bar Association, Boone County Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association (ISBA), Indianapolis Bar Association (IndyBar), and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA). Kevin is a co-chair and committee member of various subcommittees of the ISBA Solo-Small Firm Conference Committee and the IndyBar Solo-Small Firm Committee. Kevin is currently the Vice-President of the Boone County Bar Association (BCBA). Kevin and his family reside in Zionsville.
